Full day Aswan (excluding Lunch) – USD112 pp
On a drive from Luxor to Aswan, you will visit Edfu, where remains from the Old Kingdom can be viewed, as well as the Temple of Horus and houses of the byzantine period. Continue on to the beautiful Kom Ombo, with its famous temple completed during the reign of Ptolemy Philometer.

Full day Dendarah & Abydos (excluding Lunch) – USD96 pp
This tour is similar to the half day Dendarah tour (Hathor, the ancient Egyptian’s goddess of love and joy, was what Aphrodite was to the Greeks, and Venus to the Romans. It was at Dendarah, some 30 miles north of Luxor, that the Egyptians worshipped Hathor in a Temple which is exceptionally well preserved.), plus a visit to Abydos. Abydos occupies an important place in the religious history of Pharaonic Egypt. By the end of the Old Kingdom its local god, Osiris was the most prominent and popular of the Egyptian gods, since he was considered the god of afterlife. According to the popular tradition, Osiris’ head was buried in Abydos.

You will visit the Valley of the Kings, which includes the tombs of the Theban rulers, Seti I and Tut Ankh Amun. You will continue to tour the mortuary Temple of Hatchepsut, the only woman Pharaoh to rule ancient Egypt.

Half day Luxor Museum – USD42 pp
The Luxor Museum lies on the East Bank and contains an important collection of Egyptian antiques from the upper Egyptian Kingdoms.

Half day East Bank – USD58 pp
You will drive to the Luxor Temple, built by two Kings, Amenophis III and Ramses II. After touring the Temple, you travel along an avenue of ram headed sphinxes, extending for about 2 miles, which link the Luxor Temple, the main centre of worship in ancient Egypt. No site in the world makes a more overwhelming and lasting impression than this “Temple of Temples”.

The history and drama of the Temple of Karnak are presented every evening in an unforgettable show at the huge complex of Karnak.
