Learn about the practice of Islam in this part of the world at the Sultan Mosque.  Along Arab Street, see the last remaining shops in Singapore still selling sarongs, rattan baskets, brass works and unique leather products used by the Muslim community.

Full Day Round Island Orientation Tour incl. Lunch
The tour will begin with a drive to the West Coast of Singapore en route to the Pasir Panjang Wholesale Market.  You will be taken for a walk through the wholesale fruits market where you will see a variety of imported fruits from different parts of the world.  You will have a taste of local fruit/s of the day.  The term "local" is used largely because they are tropical fruits available all year round.  Take a leisurely drive towards Northern Singapore driving past the Jurong Industrial Estate, Countryside and the Kranji Dam, once a swampy area used as a landing point by the Japanese advance party to invade Singapore during WWII and get a clear view of Johore Bahru.  Upon arrival at Kranji War Memorial unveiled in 1957, you will witness a beautifully landscaped garden where some 22,000 soldiers of the British Commonwealth who lost their lives during WWII, having no known grave in most cases are commemorated by name.  After lunch, we head to Central Singapore to visit the Bright Hill Temple Complex, a renowned ancestral worship place where ceremonies are frequently held and appreciate the ornate carvings all around.  Onwards to Eastern Singapore to visit the township of "Tampines" to witness life in the Heartlands.  Finally we head to Changi Village where you will have some time at leisure to explore this laid back community that has transformed over the years since the Colonial days before returning to the city via the East Coast Highway.

Night Safari without Dinner
Most animals are nocturnal.  At dusk they begin to stir for the hunt.  At the Night Safari these activities are captured to best effect using subtle lighting which permits you to watch up-close whilst not disturbing the animals.  The Night Safari houses over 1200 animals from 110 exotic species, tiger, striped hyena, golden jackal,c ape buffalo, blue sheep and the rare greater one horned rhinoceros are but some of the animals you will see. The Night Safari covers an area of 40 hectares of secondary jungle with the Seletar Reservoir providing a beautiful backdrop.  A tram ride, upon arrival at the Night Safari is the easiest way to familiarise yourself with the large grounds.  At the end of the ride, feel free to stroll and take a closer to look at the animals.  The sound of crickets and owls and the chance to see the tigers or hyenas feasting make for a truly memorable experience.
Note:  Dinner outlets are available, fast food outlets and Ulu Ulu Restaurant.

Little India Walking Tour
Little India is perhaps the only precinct in Singapore that has retained its traditional charm in modern Singapore.  No trip to Singapore would be complete without a visit to Little India.  Located at the eastern rim of the Central Business District, Little India is literally walking distance from Orchard Road and the Civic District.  During this tour you will walk through the streets of Little India and experience the pungent smell of spices and incense.  Witness the preparation of frothy Spice Tea or Teh Tarik and savour its spicy flavor, or cool yourself down with a healthy glass of Buttermilk.  See how Henna is applied in intricate patterns on your feet and palms and how Indian women adorn the floor with geometric designs.
